Vision

1. To establish an urban and rural field practice area to act as a demonstration centre for implementation of various public health programmes and strategies to its maximum fidelity
2. To create competent public health work force who can plan, administer and deliver responsive people centric holistic spectrum of primary health care services as a team
3. To develop a resource centre to create experts who can devise appropriate solutions and guide the stakeholders based on comprehensive understanding on epidemiology, health system and skills related to public health practice
4. To establish a research unit to demonstrate feasibility of various community-based health related interventions in convergence with partners of other sectors.
