For presentation at the conference, delegates who are interested in oral or poster presentations are requested to submit unique, high-quality research abstracts. Oral / poster presentations in various categories will be awarded best free paper and poster awards in the conference.

Rules and regulations of the abstract

1. The abstract should contain original research or concept paper that offer a new perspective. The work shouldn’t have already been published.
2. The novelty of the work should be emphasized in the abstract.
3. Abstracts should use a 12-point Times New Roman font and be one and a half-spaced.
4. With the exception of the title, authors affiliation and keywords, abstracts cannot be longer than 250 words.
5. Abstract should be structured under the following subheadings: Title, Background/Introduction, Aims/Objectives, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusion, 4-6 keywords.
6. Names of all co-authors need to be mentioned.
7. Affiliations should be indicated by Arabic numbers as superscript at the end of the surname.
8. The name of the presenting author should be UNDERLINED and BOLD.
9. Last date of abstract submission is July 31st, 2025.
10. Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission.

13. Acceptance of the abstract is purely under the decision of scientific committee.
